Terms of Service

Last updated: April 14, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of theaiemploymentagency.com (the “Site”) and the Training Employment Program (“TEP”) operated by The AI Employment Agency (“TAEA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or purchasing a TEP membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

TAEA is an independent agency that curates and maintains a directory of third-party AI training platforms hiring remote workers. We do not employ AI trainers directly. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, or any other AI company mentioned on the Site. TEP membership provides access to information, tools, and guides — not a guarantee of employment or income.

2. Membership and payment

3. 60-day refund guarantee

You may request a full refund within 60 days of your TEP registration for any reason. To request a refund, email support@theaiemploymentagency.com from the address you used to register. Refunds are processed within 48 hours. After 60 days, fees are non-refundable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violations may result in termination of your membership without refund.

5. Income disclaimer

Pay rates displayed on the Site reflect rates publicly advertised by third-party AI training platforms at the time of listing and are subject to change without notice. Individual earnings depend on many factors, including the platform, your qualifications, the projects available, how much time you spend, and how well you perform qualification tests. We do not guarantee that you will earn any particular amount or be accepted by any platform. Any testimonials displayed on the Site represent individual experiences and are not typical.

6. Third-party platforms

TEP includes links to third-party platforms (DataAnnotation, Outlier, Mindrift, Remotasks, and others). Those platforms are independently operated and have their own terms, eligibility requirements, and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions, for changes to their hiring requirements, or for payments they make (or fail to make) to you.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and the member dashboard, is owned by TAEA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. Your TEP membership grants you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the content for your own job-seeking purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and TEP are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TAEA and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed the amount you paid for your TEP membership.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TAEA harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TEP at any time for violation of these Terms. Outside the 60-day refund window, termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in British Columbia, except where you have non-waivable rights to bring a claim in your local jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
